He also offers services to resolve potential environmental concerns, petroleum spills, and to satisfy NYCDEP E-designation zoning requirements when necessary.
Mr. Youngman offers a wide variation of professional services for soil/groundwater investigations, air quality studies, remedial measures, Phase II, RI/FS, cost to cure estimates for financial institutions, and Brownfields projects. He prepares plans for approval by federal, state and local agencies including, but not limited to, Remedial Action Plans, Health and Safety Plans, and Interim Remedial Measures.
Craig Puerta is a registered professional engineer in New York State with more than 15-years experience. Mr. Puerta has an impressive portfolio of successful projects in water resource, wastewater, and civil planning and design disiplines. He is an exceptional project manager, directing investigations and implementing strategies in a timely manner.
Mr. Puerta provides critical thinking to postulate engineering solutions for commercial, private, industrial, and municipal clients. He is an expert in supplying his clients with design, investigation, site planning, regulatory compliance, and construction oversight services. He is also experienced with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

Mr. D’Arcy provides hands-on support for the implementation of field activities in accordance with work plans and project schedules. He works closely with clients, sub-contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure prompt and accurate data collection and analysis.
Professional experience as Unit Manager on natural gas drilling rigs in the Marcellus Shale has provided Mr. D’Arcy with professional geologic experience and a pragmatic approach towards complications that commonly arise during field operations. The high-pressure environment of drilling rigs emphasized the importance of communication between on-site personnel and office based administrators.
Mr. Rude provides onsite assistance for field activity implementation of work plans for a variety of projects. Often projects include providing oversight for construction of residential building sites throughout the five boroughs of New York City. He works alongside clients, subcontractors and regulatory agencies on sites ranging from E-designations to Brownfields to maintain adherence to environmental regulations and plan protocols. In addition to oversite projects Mr. Rude is involved in sampling projects and laboratory data analysis.
